SEATTLE, March 27 /PRNewswire/ -- An $11.62 million bond financing on behalf of Smokey Point Naval Housing Limited Partnership, comprised of a partnership between Dujardin Development and the United States Navy, was successfully completed today, according to the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. The proceeds of the bonds will be used to construct Country Manor One, a 185-unit rent-to-own condominium project. The project, which will primarily provide housing to U.S. Navy personnel, is located in Smokey Point off of 168th Place Northeast, in Arlington, Wash.
