Authorities are investigating what ignited a house fire early Thursday that may have killed one child and that injured three others on the Muckleshoot Indian Reservation.
The three children who survived apparently escaped through a second-floor window. Firefighters were told that a fourth child, a 5-year-old girl, was trapped inside the home.
Firefighters found a body after the fire was out, but were unable to say Thursday whether it belonged to the missing girl, King County Fire District 44 spokesman Tim Perciful said.
