SEATTLE, March 31 /PRNewswire/ -- LifeSpan BioSciences, Inc., an early-stage genomics company, today announced it recently completed a multimillion-dollar equity financing from private investors. Proceeds from the investment will go toward setting up the company's new 12,000 square-foot laboratory facility in downtown Seattle and ramping up its gene discovery program for aging-related disorders. The financial backers and the amount of the private placement were not disclosed.
