A DEVASTATED family who lost their baby girl to pneumonia have been told to remove teddies and flowers from her grave to allow for "efficient grass cutting".
The mother of Katie Louise Evans, who died aged just 18 months, yesterday branded Gwynedd Council "heartless".
And Kayley Evans pointed out they took care to ensure nothing was placed on the grass.
Katie fell ill at her Blaenau Ffestiniog home in April 2005 suffering pneumonia and colitis.
The family's griefwas compounded by the fact paramedics took 20 minutes to reach the house, despite living just 300 yards from the ambulance station.
