NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 1, 1997--Headway Corporate Resources Inc. (Nasdaq: HDWY) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Advanced Staffing Solutions, Inc., which does business under the name of Select Staffing of North Carolina.
With over $32 million in temporary staffing and payrolling revenues for 1996, the acquisition will bring the company's annual revenues to a run rate of over $120 million. Terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
Select Staffing has offices in Raleigh and Durham and is currently the second largest staffing company in North Carolina. Select will now operate as Headway Corporate Staffing Services. ...
