DENVER, Colo., April 1 /PRNewswire/ -- ImageMatrix Corporation ("ImageMatrix") (Nasdaq: IMCX) and Health Systems Design (Nasdaq: HSDC) announced today an agreement to link their products in order to provide their respective managed care customers with broad information system solutions.
The combination of Health Systems Design's administrative information systems and ImageMatrix's work flow and document imaging products for claims processing and customer service will provide managed care organizations with the tools they need to successfully execute the critical task of data management.
