Jan. 27--While the City of Pottsville is seeing progress in efforts to replace one bridge and repair or replace two others, city officials are still trying to figure out how to repair a hole in a downtown parking lot.
"This year, it will have to be fixed somehow," City Administrator Thomas A. Palamar said about the 15-by-30-foot hole in the parking lot owned by Richard B. Ryon Insurance Co. and Century 21 Ryon Real Estate.
