*Minneapolis Teamsters vote no again: Press workers -- members of Graphic Communications International Union -- voted down a proposed contract at the Star Tribune of Minneapolis last week, the second time they had rejected a deal that would reduce their wages by 16 percent and forced major concessions. Earlier, the deal was rejected 77-27, while last week it was 80-29. The GCIU members are part of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, which has two other locals at the paper, drivers and mailers, both of which have accepted cutbacks.
