NEW ORLEANS, April 3 /PRNewswire/ (BAI's Direct Banking Conference) -- Regions Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: RGBK) today announced it has signed an agreement with Security First Technologies (S1), a wholly owned subsidiary of Security First Network Bank (Nasdaq: SFNB), to begin offering secure Internet banking to its customers this fall using S1's Virtual Bank Manager (VBM) and Virtual Credit Card Manager (VCCM), as well as services offered through S1's 24-hour Internet data processing and customer service center.
