SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 3, 1997--Fresh Choice Inc. (NASDAQ:SALD), which operates restaurants in Bellevue and Northgate, has reached agreement with Restaurants Unlimited of Seattle to purchase all of the assets related to the latter's Zoopa restaurants in Bellevue, Tacoma and Tukwila, subject to a due-diligence review by Fresh Choice, landlord approvals and other customary closing conditions.
The three Zoopa restaurants will be operated under the Zoopa name. Restaurants Unlimited will continue to own the Zoopa restaurant in Montlake Terrace. Initially, Fresh Choice's restaurants in Bellevue and Northgate will maintain the Fresh Choice name, but the ...
