KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., April 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Universal Health Services, Inc. (NYSE: UHS) and The George Washington University today announced they have signed a joint venture partnership agreement for the ownership and operation of The George Washington University Hospital and have entered into a management agreement for the operation of the hospital. The management agreement commences immediately and the partnership plans to file for Certificate of Need approval at the earliest possible date, but not later than May 30, 1997.
