Land Star has entered into discussions with an Ecuadorian mining company that is active in the historic gold bearing region of Portevelo-Zaruma in the El Oro Province of Ecuador. First mined by the Incas, this area has historically yielded in excess of 4.5 million oz. of gold from epithermal gold/silver vein systems since 1905. Additionally, the ore from this region also yields significant amounts of silver and copper (see also Land Star Inc.).
