Genomma Lab Internacional, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: LAB) ("Genomma Lab" or "the Company") announced that on January 9, 2009, the Company signed an agreement with IXE Casa de Bolsa, S.A. de C.V. to act as the market maker for the Company's outstanding shares, thus becoming another company to participate in the market maker program. The contract will become valid upon approval of the Mexican Stock Exchange (Bolsa Mexicana de Valores) and will be in effect for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of the agreement (see also Genomma Lab Internacional, S.A.B. de C.V.).
