Under a pilot program implemented today at the PA CareerLink office in downtown Pittsburgh, individuals seeking unemployment compensation, or UC, benefits can receive help filing their claim online or filling out a paper application (see also Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry).

"Using our online system is still the best and easiest way to file a claim," Labor & Industry acting Secretary Sandi Vito said.
