OAKLAND, Calif.--(BW HealthWire)--April 1, 1997--Health Systems Design (NASDAQ:HSDC) and ImageMatrix (NASDAQ:IMCX) announced today an agreement to link their products in order to provide their respective managed care customers with broad information systems solutions.
