While numerous studies have attempted to empirically demonstrate a link between organizational culture and performance, findings have yielded disparate results. Therefore, an investigation of potential causes for these inconsistencies may provide researchers and practitioners insights to develop broader, more cohesive models of the corporate culture and performance link.
