GREEN BAY -- Wisconsin Supreme Court hopeful Randy Koschnick blasted Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson in their first debate Wednesday as an activist who legislates from the bench and sides too often with criminal defendants.
"Can voters really be confident you're not for or against anything?" Koschnick asked her during the debate at the Wisconsin Newspaper Association's annual convention.
Abrahamson fought back, saying she calls cases as she sees them based on the law, and she'll have plenty of police support as the race for the April 7 election goes on.
