Feb. 2--The difference between nipping on Barton County's heels and being with the pack is one shot for the Hutchinson Community College men. Had the Blue Dragons won Saturday at Cloud County, they would be one game behind first-place Barton County in the Jayhawk West.
Instead, they lost 71-70 in overtime when Cloud County's Patrick Schulte hit a 3-pointer in the final seconds, leaving the Blue Dragons at 16-6, 5-3 in Jayhawk West play.
