A SCOTS black pudding maker is in line for a [pounds sterling]100,000 deal thanks to a celebrity chef's endorsement.
Heston Blumenthal chose black pudding from Ramsay of Carluke as he set out to revamp the menu of the Little Chef chain for a TV documentary broadcast last week.
If Little Chef bosses agree to roll out Heston's menu to all their restaurants, Lanarkshire brothers Andrew and John Ramsay could be celebrating the deal of a lifetime.
Andrew revealed yesterday: 'I couldn't believe it when someone called and said Heston was interested in using it.
