Pittsburgh-based iMortgage Services LLC--an independent national provider of value-added collateral valuation and settlement services for the residential mortgage industry--announced in December that it has been selected as a preferred national appraisal vendor for Flagstar Bank, Troy, Michigan.
iMortgage Services has been approved to work with Flagstar's brokers, correspondents and branches for all appraisal products. As part of its comprehensive valuation solution, iMortgage Services will offer warranties on all forms of appraisal products provided to Flagstar, including FHA appraisals and field reviews, according to iMortgage Services President Brian Uffelman. ...
