FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., April 14 /PRNewswire/ -- BankAtlantic has leased a retail bank branch with a drive-through facility in the Plaza at Las Olas, an upscale office/retail complex under construction at 301 East Las Olas Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
According to Thomas Kates, president of Stiles Realty, the lease is for a full-service BankAtlantic branch on the ground floor of the eight-story, 88,000-square-foot tower at the Plaza. The tower is the former Glendale Federal Bank regional headquarters currently being upgraded by Stiles for May occupancy.
