Corporate partners at Wragge & Co, the biggest law firm in Birmingham, have completed two deals in the last week.

The firm's Birmingham office advised on the merger between Aston-based optical company Dollond & Aitchison and Boots opticians to create the country's second-largest glasses chain.

And the corporate group in London completed a cross-border acquisition deal for Finnish holding company ADP.
