MICHAEL BOGDANOV'S theatre company will fold after staging the world premiere of the musical version of blockbuster drama The Thorn Birds, the Western Mail can reveal.
The eminent director has announced that due to "dwindling funding" the Wales Theatre Company will be forced to cease operation in July.
