Amusement parks still maintaining growth, taxes pose trouble
New Delhi, Feb 4 (PTI) As the estimated Rs 1,500-crore amusement park sector continues its growth trajectory at 10-15 per cent, the lack of uniform taxation across states is posing as a hindrance to the sector.
Even as other sectors in the entertainment business witness slowdown, the amusement parks seem to have been spared as of now as the footfalls remained steady.
