BSE delists Gujarat Optical Communication
Mumbai, Feb 4 (PTI) The Bombay Stock Exchange today said it had delisted Gujarat Optical Communication Ltd with immediate effect as the company has been ordered by the Gujarat High Court to wind up, an exchange release said here.
Trading in securities of Gujarat Optical Communication Ltd had been suspended since May 19, 2004, on the Exchange, it said.
The BSE also said that it had resolved 157 investors complaints against companies during January.
During the month, BSE received 190 complaints against 136 listed companies. In the same period, 157 complaints ...
