Czech equity group PPF files suit aimed at replacing Prague-listed pharma Zentiva board
PRAGUE. FEBRUARY 4. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Czech investment group PPF has filed legal action aimed at forcing Prague-listed generics drug maker Zentiva to call an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders with replacing of the company's entire Board of Directors.
"[On] the basis of all available information the Board believes the legal proceedings that PPF has initiated are entirely without merit and the Board intends to defend the Company against the court action," Zentiva said in a statement.
