TAMPA, Fla., April 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Shells Seafood Restaurants, Inc. (Nasdaq: SHLL, SHLLW) today announced plans to open its first restaurant outside of Florida. The new restaurant is scheduled to open on April 28 in Florence, Kentucky, a suburb of Cincinnati, Ohio.
"We are enthused about the expansion of the Shells restaurant chain into the Cincinnati market," said Bill Hattaway, president and CEO of Shells. "A second restaurant site in this market is under contract and is scheduled to open in June in Middletown, Ohio.
