LAS VEGAS, April 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Nevada Power Company (NYSE: NVP) and Unicom Thermal Technologies announced their intention to evaluate jointly satisfying Las Vegas area business needs by providing district energy, site- specific energy installations and other related services. The companies plan to form Northwind Las Vegas, a joint venture that would supply thermal and other energy-related services to a single building or multiple building properties.
