AP finance minister presents Rs 1.05 lakh-crore budget

Hyderabad, Feb 5 (PTI) Andhra Pradesh finance minister K Rosaiah today presented a budget for Rs 1.05 lakh-crore for the fiscal year 2009-10 of which Rs 63,252 crore would be under non-plan and Rs 41,892 crore under plan expenditure.

Rosaiah projected a revenue surplus of Rs 1255 crore and a fiscal deficit of Rs 12,092 crore for the ensuing financial year.

The state's revenue receipts is expected to go up from Rs 69,685 crore in 2008-09 (revised estimate) to Rs 79,691 crore in 2009-10.
