NewSpring Capital said Monday that its NewSpring Mezzanine Fund has invested $5.04 million in a buyout of International Development Corp., also known as IDC Westinghouse Solar.
The Radnor, Pa., family of private-equity funds said NewSpring Mezzanine took part in the senior and subordinated debt portion of the buyout along with Calvert Street Capital Partners and Patriot Capital. Sorenson Capital led the equity portion of the buyout, along with IDC Westinghouse Solar s management.
