SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 8, 1997--Alps Electric (USA), Inc., a leading manufacturer of PC and Macintosh computer peripherals, today announced the appointment of Jim Hart to director of reseller sales of its Computer Business Unit.
Hart will oversee the unit's sales operations, including both reseller and retail channels. His plan for the company is to make Alps a leading brand of PC peripherals, including color printers, disk drives, and a variety of input devices. Hart has 18 years of experience in sales for high-technology companies.
