NEW YORK -- Aris Industries said Wednesday that its Europe Craft Imports Inc. subsidiary has signed a licensing agreement for the use of its Members Only trademark in China.
During the course of the licensing agreement, which runs to June 30, 2007, the company expects minimum sales of Members Only products in China of $100 million and minimum royalty payments of more than $5 million.
