CAROL THATCHER accused the BBC in an email of running an 'increasingly malicious' campaign against her following the so-called 'Golliwog-gate' affair that led to her being sacked from BBC1's The One Show.
The email was part of an exchange that, according to her supporters, provides evidence that newspaper leaks were used to pressurise Miss Thatcher over her remarks.
The daughter of former Prime Minister Lady Thatcher also said yesterday that the Corporation appeared to be determined to prolong the controversy, almost a week after her dismissal.
