BEIJING, Feb 9 Asia Pulse - China's Ministry of Finance has fixed detailed subsidy standards on the purchase of energy-efficient and new energy vehicles and people who can enjoy the subsidies.

The Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Science and Technology jointly issued a circular days ago, deciding to subsidize energy-saving and new energy vehicles in 13 cities including Beijing and Shanghai on a trial basis.
