4Kids Entertainment, New York, will announce new developments for its Chaotic trading card and online game at this year's Toy Fair. The company is also celebrating the 25th anniversaries of two of its key brands, the Cabbage Patch Kids, which will get a collection of new CPK Fairies dolls from Play Along; and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, which gets an expansive new line of action figures, playsets and more from Playmates. Playmates will unveil new Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds toys.
