NEWARK, N.J. -- Prudential Mortgage Capital Company announced today its appetite for business in 2009 of $7 billion in loans on behalf of Prudential's general account, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA. Prudential Mortgage Capital is the commercial mortgage lending business of Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU).
