Acquisition Marks Allied Entry Into International Finished Vehicle Logistics
DECATUR, Ga., April 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Allied Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: HAUL), announced today the acquisition of the stock of the Kar-Tainer International group. Kar-Tainer, with offices in the U.S., Bermuda, London and South Africa, has been involved in the containerized shipment of completely built up (CBU) and semi-knocked-down (SKD) vehicles in international markets since 1983.
