ATLANTA--Apr. 18--When Raymond Walker lived in southwest Atlanta several years ago, there weren't many places to go for good food or entertainment.
Today that's changed. Now there are grocery superstores, a Home Depot and a multiscreen Magic Johnson Theatres just a short drive away. But Walker, chairman of the Buckhead-based Concept W Partnership, envisions much more.
The Cleveland native, who lives in Marietta, has announced plans to develop a 200,000-square-foot entertainment complex on a 32-acre site at the intersection of Cascade Road and I-285.
