PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 22, 1997--Building on almost two decades of providing enterprise business solutions for more than 350 utilities companies worldwide, SAP America Inc. today announced two new software components for its SAP Utilities industry solution: the Industry Specific-Utilities/Customer Care and Service (IS-U/CCS) and the Industry Specific-Utilities/Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (IS-U/FERC) regulatory reporting system.
