TORONTO, April 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Power Plus Corporation (Nasdaq: PPCO) today announced that it has obtained conditional regulatory approval to a reduction in the purchase price and an extension of the expiry date of its outstanding Class "A" and Class "B" share purchase warrants, which were to expire on April 30, 1997.

Each of the 2,238,281 Class "A" share purchase warrants shall now entitle holders to purchase for $2.00, instead of $2.50, one common share and one Class "AA" share purchase warrant.
