BISHKEK, Feb 12 Asia Pulse - The Kyrgyz prime minister is committed to working out a program for the import substitution industry.

Prime Minister Igor Chudinov announced this at a session of the Kyrgyz Industry, Energy and Fuel Resources Ministry on February 10.
