The new Martin's Food Store complex is one of the first centers in Washington County, MD, to use a subsurface HDPE pipe structure to control storm water runoff.
When remodeling a shopping center in Hagerstown, MD, engineers figured out how to design a storm water detention system that would handle the expanded site's storm water runoff as well as the surrounding area's.
