Norwegian company Eitzen Maritime Services ASA (OSE:EMS) published its preliminary 2008 results on Thursday (12 February), posting a record operating profit (EBIT) of USD12.14m, as compared to a loss of USD1.36m in 2007.
Total operating revenues for the year amounted to USD408.15m, up by 127% from USD180.91m in the previous year.
Earnings per share (EPS) came to USD0.064, up from a loss of USD0.150 in 2007.
