Beijing to increase supervision over hospital medical bills
Shanghai. February 11. INTERFAX-CHINA - Beijing will increase supervision over medical bills issued by its hospitals, the Beijing Municipal Health Bureau announced on Feb. 10.
According to the announcement, the health bureau has published a guideline on managing hospital medical bills, namely in treatment fees and drug prices. Hospitals are required to publish prices of drugs, medical consumables and medical treatment fees so that there are less disputes over hospital medical bills.
