Microsoft, Google, Motorola, Dell, HP, NeuStar and Comsearch have formed the White Space Database Group to help consumer devices to communicate without interference in television broadcast spectrum called white space. Consumer devices will use the database and geo-location technology to prevent them from interfering with each other.
