THE Toyota Avensis is the preferred choice of minicab drivers so almost everyone of driving age (and drinking age) has been in the back of one.

Probably a bit worse for wear on the way home from a pub or club. People always bang on about how rugged Frankfurt's Mercedes-Benz taxis are but they're nothing on a Toyota Avensis. Those Mercs just carry businessmen around but a British minicab will be fought in, covered in takeaways and never serviced. They're bullet-proof.
