Lindsay Corporation (NYSE: LNN) announced that at its annual stockholders meeting last week Richard W. Parod, LindsayEs President and Chief Executive Officer, was re-elected and Michael D. Walter was appointed to the board of directors for terms which expire in 2012.
Walter, 59, founded Mike Walter & Associates, an agribusiness consulting firm, in 2006, and also serves as President of the Commodity Markets Council, an industry association based in Washington, D.C.
