COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., and DALLAS, April 29 /PRNewswire/ -- American Telecasting, Inc. (Nasdaq-NNM: ATEL) and Heartland Wireless Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq-NNM: HART) today announced the closing of a wireless cable asset swap. The transaction consisted of American Telecasting exchanging wireless cable assets and channel rights in Grand Rapids, Michigan and Danville and Peoria, Illinois for Heartland's wireless cable assets and channel rights in Elk Point and Sioux Falls, South Dakota and Naples, Florida.
