CHICAGO, April 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Universal Outdoor Holdings, Inc., (Nasdaq: UOUT) announced today that it has extended its registered exchange offer (the "Exchange Offer") for its outstanding 9-3/4% Series B Senior Subordinated Notes due 2006 (the "Old Notes") from 5:00 p.m., Eastern Standard time, on April 29, 1997, to 5:00 p.m., Eastern Standard time, on May 6, 1997.
