NEW YORK--Apr. 30--When Coca-Cola Co. says "Always," it means always.
Sixteen new commercials introduced Monday for Coke Classic will be true to its "Always" slogan as the Atlanta-based beverage giant kicked off a plan to air an ad for its flagship brand every day for the rest of the year. It's the largest group of "Always" spots in more than three years.
The ads cover the gamut. One shows a group of sumo wrestlers holding a discussion about the soft drink's taste. Another chronicles an animated cartoonlike supermom saving the planet and having enough time left over to buy Cokes for the kids.
